  • We are looking for a Software Business Analyst who will play the Product Owner role within the Software Scrum team.
  • You will be working in a team of software developers, testers and DevOps and be responsible for gathering requirements and translating them for the software development and test teams.
  • The Business Analyst will also help guide the business in improving processes, products through software, tool developments and play a significant role between the software team and other stakeholders to bridge the gap and improve efficiency.



  • Responsible for Requirement gathering, prioritize, maintain and own sprint backlog for software & IT engineering products
  • Collaborates with marketing, technical services, other stakeholders to co-develop product and feature requirements from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment
  • Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories and acceptance test criteria
  • Works with production process engineering and operations team to create business process automation
  • Develop Software requirement specification and product documentation
  • Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews business needs and refines priorities
  • Works with global cross functional teams and stakeholders across departments including Global R&D, QA/RA, UX/UI etc
  • Develops and maintains appropriate tracking and reporting of software product performance post release
