Office Administrator 

Who you are:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in an office setting utilizing Microsoft, outlook, teams and excel 
  • Experience verifying time cards for a large group of employees 
  • Experience invoicing 

What you’ll do:

  • Help with Organization of all administrative duties for a team of 250+ Technology members
  • Verify time cards, process invoices, purchase orders, working in SAP, Coupa and Concur 

Location: Pasadena, TX 4 days in office

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $17-20/hr Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
