What you'll do:
- Responsible for serving as office manager and greeter
- Answering questions in person and over the phone from parents, vendors or staff
- Responsible for ordering supplies, updating spreadsheets, filling out forms, calendar management, setting up meetings, appointments, events, and social engagements
- Developing and executing outbound communication to staff, parents and vendors for any events
- Provide administrative support to the VP of Education
- Manage, compose and prepare internal and external correspondence
- Research, prioritize and follow-up on all initiatives determining appropriate course of action, referral, or response
- Manage a variety of ad hoc projects to completion
Who you are:
- Recent graduates or anyone with administrative or communications experience that has a great attitude!
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to transition priorities quickly and with ease
- Flexibility with schedule and comfortable going into an office
- Advanced knowledge of Google Calendar, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel
