Office Coordinator:

What you'll do:

    • Responsible for serving as office manager and greeter
    • Answering questions in person and over the phone from parents, vendors or staff
    • Responsible for ordering supplies, updating spreadsheets, filling out forms, calendar management, setting up meetings, appointments, events, and social engagements 
    • Developing and executing outbound communication to staff, parents and vendors for any events
    • Provide administrative support to the VP of Education
    • Manage, compose and prepare internal and external correspondence
    • Research, prioritize and follow-up on all initiatives determining appropriate course of action, referral, or response
    • Manage a variety of ad hoc projects to completion

Who you are:

    • Recent graduates or anyone with administrative or communications experience that has a great attitude!
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to transition priorities quickly and with ease
    • Flexibility with schedule and comfortable going into an office
    • Advanced knowledge of Google Calendar, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel
