Operations Director – Fully Onsite in Mission Valley, San Diego, CA – $100k-125k Base DOE

Who You Are:

• Detail oriented and organized with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Experienced with project management software tools such as EOS, Pinnacle, Rockefeller, Wrike, and/or ClickUp

What You'll Do:

• Make big picture strategic decisions and make ideas executable
• Integrate an EOS project management system
• Manage an employee navigator website for onboarding/offboarding
• Create new workflows and lead basic HR functions

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $100,000 to $125,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate, and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
