Who you are:

• Someone who has a strong collections background
• Great communication skills
• Ability to negotiate in a professional manner
• NetSuite and SaaS experience is ideal

What you'll do:

• Assist with debt collection, invoice processing, and achieving quarterly goals
• Monitor AR aging and cash applications
• Accurately analyze and research customer accounts
