The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience working with payroll, benefits, and HRIS processing. What You'll Do:

  • Prepare payroll for a variety of employees; reviewing the accuracy and entering information from attendance systems, direct deposit, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage all benefit programs, attendance policies, and paid leave for employees
  • Collaborate with accounting; prepare quarterly and year-end audits
  • Reviews monthly billings for accuracy and approval; resolve any inconsistencies
  • Plan and conduct annual open enrollment period and new employee processing and presentations – get creative!


Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
  • 3+ years administering payroll, HRIS, and benefits processes preferred
  • Experience with technical applications including payroll, benefits, HRIS, and self-service systems
  • Understanding human resource, payroll, and enrollment processes
  • Strong interpersonal skills to handle confidential situations
