Payroll Specialist – Global Private Equity Firm – Hands on, Great comp – Hybrid!

What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent required
- Proficiency in Excel and UltiPro with experience working with multiple entities
- Experience in accounting and international payroll a plus
What you’ll do:
- Process multi-state payroll on a semi-monthly basis for US employees, data entry for payroll processing for reporting needs
- Calculate and prepare manual paychecks, reconcile nonexempt timecards, and review/update international information to vendors
- Journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, international payroll, terminations, and new hires
