Seeking a Principal Scientist with a go-getter attitude who can bring strong management skills and mammalian cell biology knowledge to the table, and in return they’re offering opportunities to grow in an exciting, fast-paced start up environment. Ample opportunity for growth and skill development.
What you’ll do:
- Building complex libraries using state-of-the-art molecular biology techniques (ie NGS).
- Expand technologies for library incorporation into mammalian cells.
- Optimize sorting capabilities to support Mammalian Display and stable cell line generation.
Who you are:
- Ph.D. and 5-10 years industry experience with a strong track record of achievement and delivery on biologics programs.
- Experience with mammalian and/or yeast display for discovery and engineering is required.
- Strong background in flow cytometry/cell sorting and NGS for binder discovery.

What does this position pay?
- Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $130K-180k. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
