What you’ll do:
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities for a hospital, ensuring project schedules are met.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors to maintain quality and compliance with safety regulations.
- Engage in construction estimating, preparing bids, and collaborating on project management tasks, including submittals and RFIs.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring that safety protocols and quality standards are upheld.
- Communicate effectively with hospital project managers and subcontractors to resolve issues and provide updates.
Who you are:
- At least 5 years of experience in commercial construction, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- You possess strong communication skills and attention to detail, essential for navigating complex hospital environments.
- Experience with Microsoft products and construction management software, with the ability to produce clear and concise documentation.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skill set, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $90,000 – $125,000 base salary.
