Quality Control Manager, Analytical CMC

This pioneer company in immuno-oncology is looking to support and promote a talented QC Manager, CMC who will assist in the analytical methods of cancer cells. The ideal professional will have a strong background in report writing and a CMC management along with an eagerness to join and contribute to a tight knit, mutually supportive community of skilled experts.

What you will do:


  • Responsible for optimization and operation of quality control laboratory in a biopharmaceutical manufacturing setting, including all related infrastructure, documentation, assay development and qualification, equipment validation, analyst training and QC release testing. 
  • Manage all aspects of Quality Control (QC), in support of the company’s clinical trials and in full compliance with established cGMP and company’s requirements.
  • Test method verification, qualification, validation and/or transfer activities between the company and CMO laboratories.

Who you are:

  • B.S. or higher degree in Biology, or related Life Sciences degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of laboratory experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working under GMP regulated environment.
  • At least 5 years hands-on experience with cell-based assays including Flow Cytometry and ELISA.
  • Knowledge of regulatory guidelines relating to method development and validation.
  • Excellent organization skills, strong written and oral communication skills.
