Quality Engineering & QA/QC Systems Manager – salary is 180K-210K

Who you are

• 10 years of work experience in commercial chemical engineering operations and/or automotive manufacturing operations, with some experience managing a team of reports.

• A significant portion of past work experience should be in quality management, building quality management systems, and running QA/QC processes.

• Familiarity with quality certification processes such as ISO 9000, APQP, and PPAP.

• Experience in the lithium industry and/or in the battery materials supply chain.

What You'll Do:

• Establishing and managing the company Quality System(s) and QA/QC infrastructure for the  processing plant and the extraction technology platform.

• Initiating and overseeing the continuous QA/QC functions of constructing a minerals extraction plant.

• Integrating quality systems for qualifying (a) vendors for both the minerals facility and the vendors/suppliers of Extraction technology platform.

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. 
The expected range for this role is $180-210K / year.
