We're looking for an early career professional to join our LA team as a Recruiting Analyst, where you'll help us connect with and create meaningful relationships with candidates in the finance & accounting field (don't worry, no prior knowledge or experience in the field needed). You'll also get to know our clients ~ a.k.a. some of the most reputable and unique companies in LA ~ and help them find the right candidates for their open positions!

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree required from an accredited University or College required

  • 0-2+ years of professional work experience, ideally in one of the following disciplines: Recruiting, Sales, Finance, Business Operations, or Public Accounting.

  • Excellent business acumen along with strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Willingness to work in a fast paced and demanding business and a strong desire to learn and excel.

  • Proactive in nature with strong follow up skills and good attention to detail.


What You’ll Do

  • Learn from a team of Recruiters and assist in recruiting quality candidates through outreach on LinkedIn, email, and by phone.???
  • Search internal and external databases to identify top talent for our clients' needs. Maintain candidate information in internal database in an organized and consistent manner.

  • Learn how to connect with candidates and qualify their experience, career interests, and motivations via phone and video calls in order to assist them in finding an opportunity based on our clients' open needs.

  • Provide a consultative and value-added approach to developing relationships; Educate candidates regarding employment, hiring trends, and market insight
