What you'll do:

• Oversee a portfolio of hospitals/healthcare facilities
• Drive HR initiatives such as onboarding, orientation, auditing files, and processes 
• Improve retention of employees 
• Travel 60-80% of the week to different facilities 

Who you are:

• 10+ years of healthcare experience
• Led regional hospitals/facilities in the past/currently
• Outgoing personality

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $150,000 to $175,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
