Who you are:

  • You have a master's degree in Computer Science with 5+ years' experience managing global enterprise processes including AWS hosting and CI/CD
  • Experienced with incident management support tiers and global team management
  • Demonstrated experience with observability and digital operations tools along with basic understanding of Site Reliability Engineering
  • Previously automated processes within industrial internet of things solutions, energy sector digital solutions, remote machinery healthcare digital solutions, etc.

 
What you’ll do:

  • Function as point of contact for incident management and liaise with Product Managers to define and continually improve release management and incident management processes and automation
  • Define and document the processes, escalation policies, and implementation phases of incident management and provide accurate impact reports
  • Oversee processes to adhere to SOC-2 certification, as well as other cyber security & compliance initiatives
  • Work with Technology team to implement improvements of Release & Incident Management

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
 
The expected pay rate for this role is $50.00 to $75.00 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
