Research Associate, Analytical Chemist

What you will do:
 

  • Operate and maintain LC/MS/MS, HPLC-UV, and ion chromatography instruments for analysis of fermentation and downstream samples

  • Prepare downstream samples and standards in a variety of matrices, process, and review data, assess quality chromatographic separations

  • Familiarization with fermentation-based chemicals production/purification and final product quality assessment

Who you are:
 

  • BS /MS in Chemistry, Biochemistry or related fields, (0-2 years industry experience)

  • Experience with HPLC and LCMSMS is preferred.

  • Strong wet lab analytical skills including pippetting (manual AND multi-channel).

What does this position pay? 

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. 

The expected range for this role is $58-75K / year.
