Senior Accountant

Senior Accountant- Los Angeles 

Our client, a prominent real estate company, seeks a Senior Accountant to join their expanding team. If you are passionate about contributing to a company committed to providing affordable housing to individuals with incomes below the median, apply below.

*This is a hybrid role*

Who You Are: 

• Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field 

• 4+ years of accounting

• CPA and/or public accounting is a plus 

• Experience with Low-Income Housing Tax Credit industry is a plus
   

What You'll Do:

• Review third-party property management companies’ monthly financial packages for completeness, accuracy, and SOX compliance 

• Prepare journal entries and compile analytical data to support month-end close  

• Proactively contribute to the implementation of new accounting procedures and the optimization of current processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness 

• Offer specialized project support to the CFO, CAO, Controller, or Accounting Manager

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $90,000 to $120,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
