Senior Accountant

Staff Accountant: Hybrid

What you’ll do:

• Handle monthly and quarterly close processes, including preparing and reviewing account reconciliations and related schedules
• Collaborate with team leaders to meet monthly and quarterly reporting requirements
• Manage day-to-day accounting activities such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations
• Partner with the Accounting Manager to enhance accounting workflows and strengthen internal controls
• Support annual financial audits by providing documentation and assistance to external auditors
• Complete ad hoc analyses and participate in special projects as assigned

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance – Required
• CPA or a Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred)
• Bring 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally with exposure to public accounting or multi-unit retail.
• Have strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, including ASC 842 and ASC 606
• Demonstrate advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Have experience with Microsoft Dynamics or another ERP system (preferred)

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is around $100,000 base salary, with potential flexibility pending leadership approval, plus an annual bonus based on company, individual, and departmental performance. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
