A privately held real estate company is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team in Los Angeles. The firm owns, develops, and operates commercial and multi-family properties. 

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required.
• 3+ years of accounting experience required.
• Experience in real estate/property management a plus.
• High attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities

What You'll Do:

• Manage accounting matters for commercial real estate portfolio.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and annual close processes.
• Maintain internal control policies.
• Review financial reporting for properties.
• Prepare bank account reconciliations and cash reports.
• Collaborate with team members on ad-hoc projects.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
