Senior AP Accountant

The Senior Accounts Payable Accountant will be the right hand to the Accounting Supervisor and ensure AP is properly coded. The Senior Accounts Payable Accountant will be responsible for managing the AP inbox, coding invoices and maintain relationships with suppliers. The Senior Accounts Payable Accountant will also analyze monthly spend and conduct month-over-month comparisons to ensure expenses are recorded properly. What you'll do:

• Manage the AP inbox and ensure expenses are recorded to the appropriate chart of accounts.
• Prepare month over month/quarter over quarter analysis and spend analysis to ensure expenses are properly recorded.
• Interact with suppliers and resolve any disputes
• Meet with departmental leaders to understand approval process and limits.

Who you are:

• Bachelor's in Accounting or related
• 4years' experience in Accounts Payable/Accounting
• Exposure to mentoring junior accountants
• Enertia and Open Invoice experience preferred

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $90,000 to $105,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
