Senior Financial Analyst – Financial Services

A well-known financial services organization is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst who will primarily focus on Allowance for Credit Losses (ACL). This role sits within their Finance/Accounting department and will be hybrid in Los Angeles County. 

Who You Are:

• Undergraduate degree is required; Finance, Accounting, or Mathematics is preferred.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel are required. 
• Python, SQL, and/or R skills are highly preferred.
• Credit and loan experience are highly preferred (ACL, credit and financial risk, CECL).

What You’ll Do:

• Work on the Allowance for Credit Losses (ACL) and research as well as implement relevant accounting standards.
• Build and improve statistical credit models for the loan portfolio to support ACL.
• Review loan charge-offs to ensure accuracy. 
• Compile and analyze data from loan systems.
• Perform financial analysis as needed.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $80,000 to $105,000 base salary per year plus a discretionary bonus. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
