This leading advisory firm is hiring well-rounded and sharp Senior Associates to help grow their high performing San Diego team. This is a highly respected firm looking for motivated professionals to join their growing team!

Who You Are:

• 3+ years of public accounting experience 
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required
• Strong emphasis on risk and compliance consulting related to SOX
• CPA required or currently pursuing 
• Experience with building and maintaining professional, high-quality relationships with executives and clients 

What You'll Do:

• Work with Fortune 500 companies to pre-IPO start-ups in creating and implementing key internal controls
• Work alongside strong industry leaders and high performing project teams to work on internal control advisory and SOX projects
• Assist clients in identifying risks surrounding financial reporting
• Identify as the point of contact and trusted advisor between clients and auditors
• Create process narratives, identify key controls, and help our clients conclude on design and operating effectiveness of key controls

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $95,000 to $115,000 annualized base compensation, with additional compensation components. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
