Senior Corporate Accountant – Carlsbad!

New jobs are scary – but not this one! We are working with a fast-growing, publicly traded wellness manufacturing, and they are looking to bring on an experienced accountant to their team.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related field
• 3+ years of accounting experience (experience from a Big4/Top 10 firm highly preferred)
• CPA highly preferred
• Ability to multi-task and problem solve in a high-paced results-driven environment
• Strong foundational understanding of US GAAP and SEC compliance
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills and time prioritization

 
What You’ll Do:

• Own the monthly close activities including: accrual entries, prepaid expenses, amortization, depreciation and reconcile bank statements
• Conduct weekly cash flow analysis as needed
• Assist with the SOX process documentation to ensure compliance with internal controls requirements
• Support SEC forms 10K and 10Q

What Does This Position Pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $90K-110K per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
