Senior Cost Accounting Manager (Manufacturing) – Fast Growing Healthcare Company – Make An Impact!

The ideal candidate will have 8-10+ years of experience in a manufacturing company and will be a team player. This is a high-visibility role where you will be able to leave your mark, have your voice heard, and grow.
 
What you’ll do:

• Supervise month-end close, prepare monthly analysis, and review journal entries.
• Oversee and manage the cost accounting team’s operations for various sites.
• Work together with the team to manage projects, analyze inefficiencies, and make improvements.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to provide ad-hoc analytics.

 
Who you are:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of experience in a medium-to-large sized manufacturing company.
• Experience with managing and leading a small team.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

 
What does this position pay?

• Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location
• The expected range for this role is $100k to $125k per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience
