Senior Financial Analyst (Hybrid – Dallas, TX):

What You’ll Do:
- Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process, including monthly consolidations, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and clarity in financial communications.
- Develop and manage rolling forecast models, ensuring they align with the organization’s strategic goals and provide actionable insights.
- Provide analytical support for IT finance initiatives, enhancing cost transparency and driving financial systems improvements.
- Create, track, and analyze key financial metrics and KPIs, delivering insights that align with industry benchmarks and organizational objectives.
- Support the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for the IT department, ensuring financial alignment with overall business goals.
- Deliver ad-hoc financial reports and analysis as needed by senior IT and Finance executives, ensuring timely and accurate responses to special requests.
Who You Are:
- A finance professional with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial analysis, with a proven track record of success in financial reporting and FP&A.
- Highly skilled in financial modeling and analysis, with advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles and their application in financial reporting.
- A strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, able to present complex financial data to senior executives in a clear and compelling manner.
- A collaborative team player, comfortable working across various functions and interacting with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

What Does This Position Pay?
- Compensation is determined by several factors, which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $67,000 – $100,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate, and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
