Senior Financial Reporting Accountant: 100% Remote

What you’ll do:

• Manages the preparation of the consolidated financial statement process
• Prepares technical accounting memos related to business acquisitions, control assessments, fair value measurements, impairment testing, etc.
• Preparation of periodic filing for quarterly and annual SEC requirements, registration statements, and financial statements
• Works with the external public accountants in planning and executing audits and reviews
• Researches and resolves day-to-day financial reporting issues and assists with the resolution of significant, complex, and/or unusual transactions to ensure proper application of GAAP reporting requirements
• Maintain and prepare accounting policies and procedures and ensure the department is in accordance with accounting standards and internal controls

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• CPA highly preferred 
• 4+ years of relevant accounting experience
• ERP software system experience required
• Multinational company experience preferred 
• Experience with national accounting firm required
• Strong technical accounting skills in GAAP and public company reporting requirements

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $80,000 to $90,000 DOE. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
