What you’ll do:

• Manage the close process, cost accounting, and inventory.
• Lead global teams through all accounting and financial reporting.
• Own the annual financial and statutory audits.
• Guide the team through any process and system improvement projects.
• Mentor, lead, and develop the accounting team.
• Manage financial systems.

What you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related degree required. CPA required.
• Relevant accounting experience within the manufacturing industries. Big 4 experience highly preferred.
• Must have experience with Tier-1 ERP.
• Must be driven and have a hunger for success.
