Senior Lease Administrator: 
Are you working long-hours? Looking for more time with your family and friends? Than this is your work-home! As a Senior Lease Admin for our client you won't work over 40-hours a week even during close! Once you're trained you can also work from home two days per week. You'll oversee one of their most important portfolios. This is a company that is continuing to grow and has promoted two people on the team recently. What you'll do

  • Review monthly rent rolls, variance reports, and accounts receivable sublease report
  • Review annual CAM reconciliations 
  • Generate recurring and non-recurring payments
  • Calculate prorated rent obligations, co-tenancy offsets
  • Set up additions and/or changes to recurring expenses; track year-over-year adjustments
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret lease language accurately with regards to landlord billings
  • Detailed analysis and processing of invoices, reconciliations, insurance, and tax billings to ensure landlords are complying with the lease
  • Maintain positive relationships with landlords when disputes arise
  • Prepare and send landlord notices of non-compliance with lease terms
  • Track, review, and submit for approval reconciliations for rent, common area maintenance, insurance, real estate taxes, and utilities
  • Verify proper and accurate abstraction of leases in the lease administration database
  • Maintain landlord and internal contacts in the lease administration database
  • Provide lease accounting with real property tax accrual calculations
  • Assist the facilities team with repair & maintenance issues by reviewing lease obligations
  • Assist the store managers, regional directors, and regional vice presidents with landlord issues

Who you are: 

  • 2+ years of experience as a Lease Admin, Analyst or Property Manager 
  • 2+ years reviewing CAM recs or OPEX 
  • 2+ years of experience reviewing real estate contracts
  • Ability to work independently
