Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with 7–10 years of finance transformation or business systems experience
  • Extensive accounting expertise across receivables, revenue, and tax
  • Hands-on leadership in finance transformation, including billing platform implementation, process optimization, and cross-functional project delivery
  • Skilled in bridging technical and financial domains, translating complex concepts for diverse stakeholders and ensuring alignment from requirements through testing

What you'll do:

  • Modernize and integrate billing and revenue systems to support scalability, standardization, and synergy across acquired entities.
  • Collaborate with finance and technology teams to align system architecture with accounting principles, revenue flows, and financial risk mitigation.
  • Translate accounting guidance into system requirements, ensuring thorough documentation, accurate testing, and successful user acceptance coordination.
  • Lead change management and stakeholder enablement, including training, knowledge transfer, and ongoing support for monthly releases and issue resolution.

What does this position pay?

  • Annual salary range: $160,000 – $185,000 + Bonus + Equity
  • Actual compensation depends on location, experience, education, and skills
