Senior Manager, HR Compensation – Los Angeles – $170k-$200k – DOE

They are currently in need of a Senior Manager of Compensation to help support a growing team within the organization

 

**Hybrid with 3 days in the office**

 

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Min. 6 years experience in an internal compensation role
  • Analytical experience is a must (Microsoft Office required) 
  • Driven to succeed in a fast-paced, collaborative, and often changing workplace.
  • Knowledge of software platforms (Workday/ Belqom) is a bonus 

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Work alongside the Head of Compensation to execute tasks such as the compensation program design, implementation of new programs, and more 
  • Collaborate with the Talent team on annual compensation planning/analysis 
  • Aid annual year-end and mid-year compensation planning, new hire offers, budget allocation/forecasting, talent retention, and administration and development of compensation plans, making sure they are fair and competitive.
  • Using external market surveys, manage benchmark analyses

What Does This Position Pay? 

  • Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. 
  • The expected range for this role is $170,000 to $200,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
