What you will do:

• Designing, executing, and reporting out on experiments
• Lead and mentor junior staff and serve as a technical lead on early research, tech feasibility and development of molecular diagnostic assays
• Technically leading projects and teams on completing assay-related milestones

Who you are:

• PhD or equivalent in a relevant field (Biology, Molecular Biology, etc) and 2+ years industry experience (or equivalent degree/experience)
• Extensive experience at the bench with various nucleic acid extraction, hybridization, amplification, and detection methodologies
• Ability to lead and mentor junior staff members

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $100,000 to $160,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
