Senior Sales Operations Specialist
The Senior Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for enhancing the effectiveness and performance of the sales team. This role involves monitoring the sales process, ensuring the integrity of revenue motion data, and providing actionable insights to drive revenue growth.

What you’ll do:

• Maintain accurate CRM data and ensure all client interactions are recorded.
• Generate and distribute internal reports on sales process metrics, including weekly and monthly updates for the CEO.
• Reinforce team accountability.
• Monitor and report daily sales process data, ensuring data integrity.

Who you are:

• BS in Business or related field.
• 5+ years experience as a Sales Support Specialist, Deal Desk, or Business Development.
• Must have Salesforce experience
• Must have good project management skills

What does this position pay:

• Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected base salary range for this role is $85k – $110k per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
