Sr. Compensation Analyst – 1-Year Contract) – Remote (PST Preferred)

Who You Are:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field (required)

8+ years of progressive compensation experience; 3–5 years minimum in Workday Compensation Management

Proven experience designing and managing sales compensation plans

Expertise in Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation configuration, reporting, and system support and Advanced Excel mastery: Power Query, Power Pivot, INDEX-MATCH, XLOOKUP, VBA/macros, data modeling
What You’ll Do:

Lead in-depth compensation data analysis, modeling, and pay equity reviews

Manage the annual compensation planning process in Workday, including configuration, testing, and manager training

Develop and execute sales compensation strategies, tailored to regional needs

Serve as the Workday Compensation SME, managing configuration, enhancements, and system upgrades

Compensation is based on experience, location, and skillset: General Range: $130-165k
