We are working with a prominent Real Estate company, and they are looking to bring on a passionate individual to their growing Finance team!

What You'll Do:

• Support the financial planning, analysis, and information management activities of the Company
• Assist in completion of the quarterly forecasts, annual budgeting processes, operating plan variance analyses, and special projects
• Exposure to the corporate consolidation model, including weekly cash forecasting, financial ratio projections, downside scenarios, and sensitivity analysis
• Prepare presentation materials and analyses for the senior management team 

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
• 2+ years of experience within corporate finance, financial accounting, investment banking, consulting, or commercial real estate
• Straight Big4 candidates with a natural technical demeanor will be considered as well 
• Must have excellent Excel and data modeling skills
• Ability to handle a large volume of activities at one time

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $90,000 to $115,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
