Who you are:
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or similar field.
- MBA or CPA required with experience in a Big 4 public accounting environment strongly preferred.
- 6-8+ years of progressive accounting experience, primarily in the start-up or tech space, required.
- Strong experience with SaaS companies and interest in Crypto currency.
What you’ll do:
- Take on the lead as the first accounting hire and #1 accounting person. Own all core accounting function and duties.
- Help to bring all accounting in house. Hire 1-2 staff/seniors to replace outsourced accounting firm.
- M&A activity – You will get involved in the due diligence and integration.
- System implementation – Currently on QuickBooks and will transition to NetSuite

What does this position pay?
- Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location.
- The expected range for this role is 130-160k, annualized base compensation, with additional compensation components. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience.
