Who you are:

  • 7+ years experience as an HR Business Partner
  • 2+ years experience managing HR talent
  • Experience partnering with engineering executives
  • Proven success building and designing HR processes and programs
  • Friendly communication style

What you'll do:

  • Manage and develop Jr HR talent
  • Diagnose business issues and develop solutions, programs and policies to drive results
  • Develop HRIS/HRMS tooling and people analytics
  • Oversee and build talent management processes
