Sr Systems DevOps Engineer – Hybrid Public Cloud/On-Prem – Los Angeles (Hybrid onsite)

Our client in the El Monte area is seeking a qualified and collaborative Senior DevOps Engineer to help make improvements and contributions to their hybrid cloud/on-prem environment. This role will be in-office 3 days a week and remote 2 days a week. This person needs to be capable of building and configuring cloud platform components on their own and should have expeirence supporting cloud IaaS and PaaS infrastructure.

Who You Are

• 5+ years professional experience in systems and DevOps technologies
• At least 2+ years in a public cloud environment (Azure or AWS)
• Hands-on IaC experience with Terraform (CloudFormation is okay)
• Willing to be onsite 3 days a week in their El Monte office
• Design and develop automation environment for their delivery teams
• Ideally you also have experience with containerization (Kubernetes preferred)
• Strong preference for someone coming from the Financial Services or Banking industry
• You should be flexible, adaptable, and come to the table with a strong work ethic
