Staff Accountant

Staff/Senior Staff Accountant – $100K-$120K + 10% Bonus

Who you are:

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or similar field required. 
• 3-5 years of Staff/ Senior Staff Accountant experience 
• Experience working with MS Excel, Yardi Voyager, ADP, and Procore
• Strong understanding of Full-Cycle accounting close procedures

What you'll do:

• Support with monthly/quarterly financials, completing balance sheet/general ledger accounts reconciliations, accruals and overall maintenance of all operational accounting
• Support with preparation on financial statements
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and complete ad-hoc projects as directed by the Controller
• Process bi-weekly and bi-monthly payrolls for multiple companies, including reviewing, processing and verifying time sheets from various managers.
