Staff Accountant

Staff Accountant – $35 – $45/HR (temp to hire)

Who you are:

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or similar field required. 
• 0-3.5 years of Staff Accountant experience 
• Experience working with MS Excel, Concur, ADP
• Strong understanding of Full-Cycle accounting close procedures
• Strong accounts payable, invoicing, and system automation

What you'll do:

• Support with monthly/quarterly financials, completing balance sheet/general ledger accounts reconciliations, accruals and overall maintenance of all operational accounting
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and complete ad-hoc projects as directed by the Senior Manager of Accounting
• Process bi-weekly and bi-monthly payrolls for multiple companies, including reviewing, processing and verifying time sheets from various managers.
• Process high volume AP invoices through Concur
