Staff Accountant

Staff Accountant – Growing, Public Company – San Diego!

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of accounting experience and will be a team player. This is a high-visibility role where you will be able to leave your mark, have your voice heard, and grow.

What you’ll do:

• Assist with month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and budgets.

• Complete accounting duties in a timely manner.

• Analyze complex data and create an action plan.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA is highly preferred.

• 2+ years of accounting experience ideally with some public accounting experience.

• Strong Microsoft Excel and ERP software experience.

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

What does this position pay?

• Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location.

• The expected range for this role is $65K-$85K base, with additional compensation components. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience.
