Who you are:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2-5+ years of accounting experience 
• QuickBooks and Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, index match) experience required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with high level executives and internal team members

What you’ll do:

• Lead the day-to-day accounting duties including journal entries, reconciliations, credit memos, recording receipts, etc.
• Assist with month-end close processes
• Supervise the bookkeeper and assist with her duties, such as entering invoices, preparing payments, billing, and processing payments, as needed

What does this position pay?

• Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location
• The expected range for this role is $70K-80K on base, with additional compensation components. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience
