Supervisor, IT Support Desk

Desktop Support IT Supervisor- Phoenix, AZ candidates only!

Our industry leading client in the processing and distributing industry is looking for your technical expertise to lead and motivate a diverse team of IT Support Analysts, who operate in a high demand / time sensitive environment. If you are looking for a high energy environment and possess a passion for problem solving this could be the place for you! 

Who You are:

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Business, or related field required
• 2+ years experiencing managing or supervising a team of Level 1 Support Desk
• Experienced in providing world-class customer service to end users
• Strong knowledge of best practices and ability to build strong partnerships within an organization
• WAN and network concepts knowledge
• MS office products and end user computing devices experience (PC’s, Laptops, printers, etc.)
• Experience in performing configurations, installations, and troubleshooting software and hardware
• ServiceNow incident management system experience preferred
• ITIL Certification preferred

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, mentor, and coach the IT Support Desktop team that provides support to end- users across software and hardware solutions
• Manage support desk activities, first call resolution, incident management, and other duties and tasks
• Support all procedures, standards, and quality control internal and external policies
• Monitor customer support
• Act as escalation point for unresolved requests
