Tax Accountant- Remote
 

Proven has partnered with a reputable and growing advisory firm who is seeking a tax accountant. 

In this position your responsibilities will include estimating quarterly tax payments, tax preparation, implementing tax strategies, and maintaining client relationships.

Who You Are:
 

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related
• 3+ years of experience in tax preparation and research
• 3 years in public accounting required
• Proficiency in Zoom/Google Meets video
• High attention to detail and strong research skills

 
 
What You'll Do:

• Utilize tax reduction strategies by preparing planning materials for the clients
• Manage client workflows, liaising with support teams to ensure timely completion (tax prep, monthly accounting, tax planning, & ad hoc tasks)
• Respond to clients in a clear, easy to follow, and timely matter 
• Practice strong communication skills to assess individuals client’s tax positions and present customized tax solutions

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
 
The expected range for this role is $60,000 to $100,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
