Tax Manager

Tax Manager – New York

Our client, a leading global entertainment/technology company,  is looking to add a Tax Manager to their Global Tax Office.

In this position your responsibilities will include both income tax compliance and provisions. 

*This is a hybrid role*

Who You Are: 

• Bachelors in Accounting or related field 

• 6+ years of public accounting experience 

• CPA or Masters in Tax Preferred 

• Knowledge of tax accounting, federal/state income tax, IFRS

What You'll Do:

• Prepare partnership and corporate tax returns

• Assist in preparing tax forecasts, budgets, and cash flow 

• Improve tax provision processes through innovative thinking and close collaboration with internal transformation teams and tax specialist 

• Prepare quarterly and annual global income tax provisions, compute book-to-tax variance and monitor deferred tax inventory 

• Aid consolidated/combined Federal/State filing audits and standalone Federal/State audits

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $130,000 to $140,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
