We are working with a publicly traded bio-tech to bring on an experienced Tax Manager a collaborative and high-caliber team!

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant tax experience, either within a tax department or public accounting firm
• MUST have strong background with ASC 740 and State Compliance – Indirect Tax is an added bonus!
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel, including Pivot tables and VLookups
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Must be detail oriented with advanced organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work well with others including upper management and outside tax professionals in fast paced, dynamic environment

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and support both quarterly and year-end provision process
• Responsible for sales and use tax, property tax and other taxes as needed
• Conduct tax research, draw conclusions and prepare technical memorandums to support tax positions. Monitor legislation and judicial proceedings for relevant tax law changes
• Assist with tax audits and tax agency inquiries
• Assist with transfer pricing study and calculations
• Other projects within the tax department as needed
