Team Lead Software Engineer

.NET Team Lead – 100% Remote

This Machine Learning .NET company is looking for an experienced Tech Lead to help build their workflow optimization platform. The company is well-funded, has experienced leadership, and is 100% remote.

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of .NET development experience
• 1+ years in a Tech Lead role
• Experienced with event driven development
• Bonus points for experience with SQL, NoSQL, and Kubernetes

What You'll Do:

• Lead Scrum meetings, delegate tasks, and evaluate productivity
• Collaborate with Product Managers, assist with the hiring process, and train new developers
• Support unit test creation and performance
• Build REST APIs in an Azure Cloud environment
