What you’ll do:

• Responsible for all aspects of financial reporting and SEC compliance.
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements from 5 separate operational entities.
• Ensure GAAP compliance with all accounting and finance functions.
• Prepare journal entry and balance sheet account reconciliations.

 
Who you are:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or similar required. CPA is preferred.
• 3-5+ years of experience at a Big4 firm or large public accounting firm.
• Experience with SEC reporting and compliance.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Business Objectives
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
