Technical Support Representative – San Diego, Contract-to-hire

Who you are: 

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a software/technical support position
• Experience working with ticketing system
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-volume call environment
• Strong experience maintaining a professional demeanor during all customer calls 
• Eager and passionate about customer service and technology 
• Enjoys working in an environment that is constantly busy

What you'll do: 

• Providing Tier 1 support for customers via phone, online and email
• Comfortable researching, documenting, and addressing technical tickets in a fast-pace environment 
• Assist in planning yearly conferences and trainings for all customers
