Who you are:
- Technical degree or certification preferred
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a customer support position
- Ability to pick up new software/applications quickly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-volume call environment
- Eager and passionate about customer service and technology
What you’ll do:
- Provide Tier 1 support for customers via phone, chat, email and remote access
- Comfortable researching, documenting, and addressing technical tickets in a fast-pace environment
- Assist in planning yearly conferences and trainings for all customers

What does this position pay?
