Get to know Connor:
If you had one extra hour of free time a day, how would you use it?
I would spend that extra hour with family and/or friends. It is easy to lose track of our time and get disconnected. To me, life is all about creating special moments with those you care about most.
What’s one thing you absolutely want to do before you die?
I want to visit the Major League Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, New York. I am a baseball junkie and there is no greater shrine to the game than the Hall of Fame. The dream scenario would be to attend my favorite player, Clayton Kershaw’s, induction ceremony.
Who is someone you especially admire and why?
My grandparents, they lost everything during World War II. They sacrificed everything they had to come to America to build a better future for their children and grandchildren.
Describe one of the most meaningful experiences in your life.
After Hurricane Harvey, I traveled to Houston to help in the recovery effort. It was heart-warming and eye-opening to witness people’s willingness to help complete strangers in the wake of a horrible tragedy.
