We’re a group of (mostly lovable) misfits who’ve found our way, through a variety of paths, to recruiting. In previous lives we were CPAs, swim coaches, wedding planners, financial analysts, marketing specialists, bartenders, auditors, and restaurant servers. Different as we may be, we’ve each found our calling in helping people – helping them find meaningful work, helping them financially support their families, and helping directors and managers build excellent teams.
